Airstrikes carried out by the air components of Operation Hadarin Daji in the North-West and Operation Hadin Kai in the North-East of Nigeria have resulted in the deaths of numerous terrorists, including their commanders.
These airstrikes, conducted between October 31 and November 1, specifically targeted terrorists’ leaders in Katsina, Borno, and Zamfara.
In Katsina, the air component targeted the camp of the terrorist leader, Babaru, who was responsible for the killing of more than 100 residents in Bakori LGA on February 2, 2023.
The airstrikes successfully eliminated several terrorists and destroyed Babaru’s camp.
Similar successful strikes were carried out in Zamfara against a terrorist leader known as Mai Solar, and in Borno, where terrorists gathering for a meeting in the Mandara Mountains were neutralized.
These precision airstrikes have significantly disrupted the activities of these terrorist groups and contributed to enhanced security in the affected regions.
