In a recent development, the Lagos State Magistrates’ Court in Yaba has extended the remand of the auxiliary nurse, Fisayo Ogedengbe, and Ayobami Sadiq, who were arrested by the police in connection with the controversial death of hip hop artiste Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad.

These individuals are alleged to be involved in providing injections that led to the singer’s death.

Meanwhile, Naira Marley and Sam Larry, who were accused of killing Mohbad, have been granted bail by the magistrate.

They each need to post a bail amount of N20 million and provide three responsible sureties in a similar sum, with one of the sureties owning a landed property.

Furthermore, as part of their bail conditions, they must surrender their passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department.

The case is still under investigation, and the magistrate has adjourned it until November 29 for advice from the Office of the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP).

Additionally, the magistrate warned against any direct contact on the case, as such attempts may be recorded and disclosed in open court proceedings.
