Five men, including Kazeem Agbabiaka, Rasheed Ojonla, Babatunde Oluajo, Adebiyi Kehinde, and Femi Oseni, have been sentenced to five years in prison by Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel for cyber-stalking and defrauding ex-Speaker Timothy Owoeye of N38 million.
In 2018, a 13-second nude video of Owoeye went viral, leading to arrests and allegations of ritualistic activities.
The convicts operated as a web syndicate, exploiting their victims, and received no leniency in the judgment.
