Goat thief apprehended by the Kaduna State Police Command for suspected serial goat theft in Pasali Konu village, Kagarko Local Government Area.
Mansur Hassan, the Police Public Relations Officer, disclosed on Sunday that the 20-year-old suspect from Igwa village, armed with dangerous weapons and a facemask, was captured during a visibility patrol on November 11.
Hassan stated, The confessed goat thief revealed that they were a duo involved in the theft operation. The other suspect is currently evading capture, but efforts are underway to apprehend him.
Upon completion of the preliminary investigation, Hassan assured that the suspect would face charges in court.
The police urge the public to assist in curbing crime by providing information, emphasizing the importance of accurate details to prevent criminal activities proactively.
