According to the founder of the One Love Family, embracing African scientific methods, including indigenous knowledge systems like traditional medicine, could offer alternative solutions to the country’s ongoing struggle with insecurity. Maharaj ji emphasized the importance of revisiting these methods in light of the prevalent insecurity issues.
During the annual celebration of the One Love Family’s Great Mother’s Day on Tuesday, Maharaj ji urged the nation to embrace African science, citing the rise of violence by herdsmen and the establishment of regional security outfits like Amotekun as indicators of the need for government investment in African science.
Maharaj ji argued that the root causes of insecurity lie in poverty and neglect, emphasizing the necessity of investing in economic development and social welfare. Additionally, he called for patience in addressing the fuel subsidy crisis, recognizing ongoing government efforts in this regard.
