Luton captain Tom Lockyer discharged from the hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest during the Bournemouth match.
Lockyer collapsed in the second half of the game, leading to its abandonment; subsequently, he received a heart-regulating device.
After leaving the hospital, Lockyer is now undergoing rehabilitation at home, having had a heart device fitted to prevent a recurrence of on-pitch incidents.
Lockyer underwent heart surgery following a collapse in the May play-off final win; his latest collapse is attributed to a new issue, as reported by the club.
Despite resuming play after the May incident, Lockyer faced a new health setback, prompting the Premier League to announce a replay of the Luton-Bournemouth match with the date pending.
