Ten lives were lost in a devastating car accident on Monday along the Olooru-Oko-Olowo highway in Moro Local Government of Kwara State.
The incident involved a Volvo truck and a Toyota Hiace bus in the village of Iyemoja, with the State Sector Commander of FRSC, Stephen Dawulung, confirming that wrongful overtaking was the cause.
This heartbreaking event follows a similar accident just six days prior, emphasizing the need for increased road safety measures.
