Isoko Youths Applaud WAEC’s Move To Computer – Based Testing.

The Isoko National Youth Assembly (INYA) Worldwide expresses its admiration for the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) as they transition the Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) from traditional paper-pencil tests to a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

Comrade Eniwake Orogun, the President of INYA, commends WAEC’s decision, noting that it aligns with global best practices and emphasizes the need for technological advancements to enhance speed, efficiency, transparency, and credibility in the educational sector.

This positive shift is highlighted in a Tribune Online article by Alphonsus Agborh, dated January 8, 2024.

Orogun addresses concerns raised by some groups, emphasizing the importance of embracing technological progress and urging stakeholders to support the integration of CBT mode into the examination process starting February of this year.
