Timo Werner, the German international, has made a return to the Premier League by joining Tottenham on loan from RB Leipzig for the remainder of the season.
The 27-year-old, who struggled during his two-year stint at Chelsea, scoring 23 goals in 89 appearances, seeks a fresh start with Spurs.
Manager Marco Rose sees the loan as an opportunity for Werner to secure a spot in Germany’s Euro 2024 squad.
Werner is set to make his debut against Manchester United, as Spurs aim to strengthen their position in the Premier League.
