NNPC Ltd. is set to deliver four million barrels of crude oil in four cargoes to the $20 billion Dangote Refinery as part of its February supply program.
With a total of six million barrels already delivered, the additional four cargoes are anticipated to support the refinery’s test runs in the upcoming weeks.
The refinery aims to make Nigeria self-sufficient in fuel production and potentially transform oil trading in the Atlantic Basin by exporting fuel to West African neighbors.
Dangote Refinery’s initial processing capacity is expected to reach 350,000 bpd, with plans to achieve full capacity by the year’s end.
