A boat traveling from Dugga to Wara capsized, carrying 100 passengers. The NSEMA received information about the incident from their Public Relations Officer, Ibrahim Hussain, who stated that it occurred at 2:05 PM yesterday.
The boat, transporting grains and sugar cane, was en route from Dugga Mashaya in Niger to Wara market in Kebbi.
As of now, there is no clear information on casualties, and search and rescue operations are underway with the involvement of local divers, NSEMA officers, and government officials.
