President Tinubu Calls For National Unity In Ensuring Peace And Security.

President Bola Tinubu, during his remarks on Monday, emphasized the collective responsibility of all Nigerians in maintaining peace and security.

He urged vigilance, asking citizens to report any suspicious activity to authorities to prevent potential security threats.

Addressing the challenges of kidnapping and security issues, President Tinubu urged unity among Nigerians, irrespective of their background.

In a statement released on Sunday, he called for a rejection of violence and extremism, emphasizing the need for collaboration to build a peaceful and prosperous nation.

During the swearing-in ceremony of Governor Hope Uzodimma in Owerri, President Tinubu congratulated the governor and highlighted the importance of collaboration between the state and federal governments for progress and development.

Expressing happiness at the ceremony, the president emphasized the federal government’s commitment to supporting Imo State in areas like infrastructure, job creation, and poverty alleviation.

He underscored good governance and transparency in public resource management.

President Tinubu stressed the significance of cooperation for security and stability, pledging substantial investments in education, industrialization, healthcare, training, and employment.

He emphasized the importance of human capital, an enabling business environment, and health care, particularly for women and children.

Furthermore, President Tinubu highlighted the need for investments in vocational training, infrastructure, and road networks, encouraging public-private partnerships for sustainable development.

Special attention was promised to agriculture, rural development, and water supply, with a commitment to prioritizing rural areas and modern agricultural techniques for improved productivity and food security.
