Senator Aminu Tambuwal spoke during plenary about his final moments with Herbert Wigwe, who was killed in a helicopter crash last week.
Wigwe had asked Tambuwal to inspect the Wigwe University project, which was a reflection of his impact on the Sokoto community.
The Federal Government confirmed it is in talks with the US government about the ongoing investigation into the helicopter crash.
The crash claimed the lives of Wigwe, his wife, and several others, and has been a tragic loss for Nigeria.

He asked my uncles what he would do for them. They appealed to him to sponsor them to Hajj. He gave them 10 seats as Christians, for them to go on Hajj. That was Herbert Wigwe for you.
