The Supreme Court has upheld the tribunal’s decision to dismiss the testimonies of witnesses for presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar.
The court deemed these witnesses testimonies as hearsay, stating that Atiku’s agents can only testify in the polling units where they were present and witnessed the events, not across the entire country where they were not present.
This decision aligns with established precedents, and the lower court’s ruling on this matter remains unchallenged.
