Musa Aliyu has been officially confirmed as the Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Commission by the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The confirmation followed a thorough screening process where Aliyu, a lawyer and former Attorney-General of Jigawa State, showcased his expertise and credentials for the role.
During the screening, he mentioned his upcoming designation as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and his affiliation with various human rights and anti-corruption organizations.
Aliyu also emphasized his extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, along with his vision for the commission.
