The upcoming Freestyle Connect Africa 2023 freestyle football tournament in Cairo, scheduled for November 14, has secured the African Export-Import Bank as its primary sponsor, according to Feet ‘N’ Tricks, Africa’s leading promoter of freestyle football.
This event, featuring 16 of Africa’s top athletes, is being organized in conjunction with the Intra-Africa Trade Fair. Daniel Wood, representing the World Freestyle Football Association, emphasized that freestyle football transcends being just a sport; it’s an art, a culture, and a universal language.
He anticipates that the Freestyle Connect Africa 2023 tournament in Cairo will be an extraordinary showcase of talent.
Wood further highlighted Africa’s rich pool of freestyle football talent and expressed excitement about the collaboration between WFFA and Feet ‘N’ Tricks, emphasizing the potential of this event to expand the sport’s global reach.
