Caroline Wozniacki, the 2018 Australian Open champion, secures a wildcard for the upcoming tournament in Melbourne after a four-year hiatus.
Having retired in 2020 to start a family, the 33-year-old returned to the tour in August at Montreal and reached the last 16 at the US Open.
Grateful for the opportunity, Wozniacki, now ranked 242, looks forward to competing in a tournament she holds dear, planning to bring her two children to the event in January from her Miami base with husband David Lee.
