In the wake of the successful resolution of the Process & Industrial Developments Limited arbitration award dispute, stakeholders including the Federal Government, Nigerians, policymakers, and media professionals celebrate the substantial triumph, putting an end to a prolonged legal battle.
Acknowledging the pivotal 141-page judgment by Justice Robin Knowles, which prevented the enforcement of the $11.5bn award, the significance of former EFCC Acting Chairman Ibrahim Magu’s contributions is emphasized, highlighting his resilience against challenges.
Additionally, recognition is extended to the dedicated members of the P&ID unit, established by Magu, who tirelessly exposed the fraud, money laundering, and corruption scheme aimed at harming Nigeria.
The groundbreaking judgment has garnered attention both locally and internationally, with commendations for the Federal Government’s audacious move and resilience.
