The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has emphasized its commitment to addressing the issue of low student turnout in public schools. Dr. Danlami Hayyo, Secretary of the FCTA Education Secretariat, during a recent visit to schools, expressed satisfaction with some turnouts but warned that any school with low student participation will face consequences.
The Secretary stressed the administration’s dedication to education and its proactive approach to maintaining the sector’s integrity, indicating a willingness to replace administrators who fail to address the problem effectively.
