Former Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele, has been granted bail by the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja.
The court directed his release to his lawyer, with the condition that he must attend court when summoned and surrender his travel documents to the court’s registrar.
Justice Adeniyi emphasized the need to end the prolonged detention of Emefiele.
