Kenneth Okonkwo, former spokesperson for Peter Obi’s campaign, defends Daniel Bwala’s visit to President Bola Tinubu
In an interview on Channels Television, Okonkwo expressed that there’s nothing wrong with Bwala pledging support to Tinubu, emphasizing that meeting with the President is acceptable in Nigeria.
Okonkwo also raised questions about Bwala’s shift in principles, highlighting the importance of maintaining one’s beliefs despite interactions with the President.
Bwala, formerly with the APC, had joined the PDP as Atiku Abubakar’s spokesperson but now openly supports Tinubu, citing reasons related to the APC’s previous presidential ticket.
