Legal Action Initiated By Victims Of Kaduna Bombing Against Nigerian Government For N33 Billion Compensation.

In response to the military drone attack on Tundun Biri in Kaduna State, victims have taken legal action to enforce their fundamental human rights.

Alhaji Dalhatu Salihu, representing Tudun Biri villagers, filed the lawsuit at the Federal High Court in Kaduna through their counsel, Mukhtar Usman Esq.

Reported by SaharaReporters, the lawsuit follows the tragic incident where numerous Muslims lost their lives in the drone attack.

Residents of Tundun Biri are seeking N33 billion in monetary compensation and a public apology to be published in at least three national dailies, as stated by Daily Trust.
