Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, introduced a state-of-the-art office complex in Ikoyi known as Centre Point.
This impressive high-rise structure, developed by Dayspring Property Development Company Limited, is being hailed as Africa’s premier workspace.
Centre Point boasts a range of office spaces available for lease, owner-occupied offices, and a versatile multipurpose hall, covering a substantial 103 meters of space.
This modern workspace is tailored to cater to the ever-changing needs of today’s workforce.
According to an official statement, Centre Point is open to both tenants and the general public.
Furthermore, the building offers various amenities, including a state-of-the-art gymnasium and a restaurant on the 9th mezzanine floor, a helipad with a dedicated waiting lounge at the tower’s peak, and an extensive 266-car parking facility for the convenience of all occupants.
Governor Sanwo-Olu, during the unveiling ceremony, praised the building, stating, This indeed is a magnificent edifice, a place of elegance, beauty, and class. Centre Point represents a new era for Lagos and Nigeria, symbolizing our unwavering commitment to sustainable growth.
He emphasized that this establishment signifies the potential of Lagos and Nigeria.
Dele Alakija, an Executive Director at Famfa Oil, a sister company to DSPD (Dayspring Property Development), also commended the project, emphasizing its international collaboration and excellence.
Centre Point’s Executive Director, Rotimi Alakija, described it as more than a commercial building—it’s a landmark that sets new standards in property development and aims to attract talents and investments from across Nigeria, various parts of Africa, and the world.
