Following his recent brain surgery, Minister of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, implored Nigerians to unite in supporting Zack Orji during her visit to the actor at a private hospital in Abuja. Musawa expressed sympathy for Orji’s family, highlighting his significance as a national treasure.
“We pray for God’s healing and his swift recovery. Let’s join forces to ensure he receives the best possible treatment. Zack Orji, a part of our entertainment family for years, deserves our collective support.”
Musawa pledged to mobilize assistance for Orji through prayers and any available means. Recognizing Orji’s longstanding contributions to the Nigerian entertainment industry, she emphasized the need for solidarity during this challenging period.
As a pioneer in Nollywood, Zack Orji has played a crucial role in shaping the nation’s film industry. Musawa stressed the government’s responsibility to prioritize the health and welfare of artists, considering Orji’s status as a national treasure.
Expressing gratitude, Zack Orji’s wife, Ngozi, thanked the minister for her compassionate gesture and for taking the time to visit her husband.
