The Super Eagles have landed in Kigali, Rwanda, ahead of their clash with Zimbabwe’s Champions on Sunday.
The delegation, arriving via a chartered aircraft from Victor Attah International Airport, will proceed to Huye Stadium in Butare for the match after a two-hour road trip from Kigali.
Despite the artificial turf at the 20,000-capacity stadium, the Eagles are undeterred, focusing on securing three points following a 1-1 draw with Lesotho’s Crocodiles.
Manager Jose Peseiro emphasizes a stronger mentality for the remaining nine matches in the qualifiers.
