The
Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Zamfara State recently honored its Public Relations Officer, Sanusi Liman, and four other staff members for their exceptional dedication to duty.
The ceremony held in Gusau, the state capital, acknowledged their hard work and commitment to protecting lives and property, with the officers receiving certificates of commendation and cash prizes from Zamfara State Commandant, Alhaji Abubakar Mu’azu.
Commandant Sani Mustapha of NSCDC Zamfara State Command presented letters of commendation to the Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ikor Ocher, and two other staff members during a ceremony at the NSCDC headquarters in Gusau.
Senior NSCDC officials attended, congratulating the recipients and encouraging them to maintain their diligence.
At a Monday ceremony in Gusau, NSCDC officials presented commendation letters to deserving officers, attended by senior officials, including the state commandant.
The officers expressed gratitude and pledged to continue serving with integrity and professionalism.
Commandant praised SC Oche for dedication, hard work, and professionalism, citing exemplary performance and predicting continued success. SC Oche thanked the NSCDC for the recognition.
SC Suleiman Gummi was acknowledged for prompt assistance to a deceased volunteer staff member’s family. SC Gummi received commendation for dedication, compassion, and generosity, vowing to continue serving passionately.
IC Shafiu Ahmad received commendation for exceptional weapon handling and hard work.
The state Commandant encouraged all officers to follow his example, emphasizing dedication to the NSCDC’s mission. Officers committed to upholding values of integrity, professionalism, and service.
The commendations reflected the NSCDC officers’ dedication in maintaining security in Zamfara State. Officers pledged to continue working hard, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the people.
Medals of honor were awarded to officers for outstanding achievements, presented by the Commandant, who praised their bravery and commitment.
Civilians supporting NSCDC operations were also recognized, receiving certificates of appreciation. They expressed gratitude and vowed to continue supporting the NSCDC in safeguarding Zamfara State.
