Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi, commended Governor Ademola Adeleke for his notable achievements in education, infrastructure, and security since assuming office as Governor of Osun State.
The Oluwo expressed full support from traditional rulers, citing confidence in the Governor’s leadership for a brighter future.
He urged unity, emphasizing the Governor’s open collaboration with traditional rulers and the need for collective efforts in advancing Osun’s development.
The Oluwo led prayers for economic advancement, peace, political stability, security, and wisdom for Governor Adeleke, highlighting the importance of faith in the state’s progress.
The traditional rulers thanked the Governor for preserving traditional values and strengthening the relationship between traditional institutions and the state government.
The Governor, appreciative of their support, received symbolic gifts of kola nuts and the Yoruba Ifa oracle, reinforcing the deep connection between governance and tradition in Osun State.
