Skit creator Isaac Aloma, formerly a lecturer at Kaduna Polytechnic, shares his unexpected shift to the world of skit making in a recent podcast interview with Iyabo Ojo.
Despite starting his master’s program during youth service, ZicSaloma found his true calling in creating skits, which he initially viewed as unplanned but later gained significant traction, especially after joining TikTok during the lockdown period.
The decision to leave his lecturing job raised eyebrows, but ZicSaloma is confident in his path, humorously questioning the allure of a lecturer’s salary.
